We have provided this blog as a resource to our customers. We hope to have favorite recipes, methods and even pictures of great projects posted here. We also host numerous classes throughout the year, and hope to have summaries posted here, and in the near future we are striving to post class videos on our website for a small fee. These videos will likely include such topics as Cake Decorating basics, advanced cake decorating techniques, Chocolate classes that include tempering and other tips on working with chocolate. We also have a number of seasonal classes as well - just a few of which include, Ginger bread houses, seasonal treats/favorites, Easter egg classes, etc...
We strive every day to be a great resource for all the chefs, businesses and home-makers in our industry.
